Don’t advertise the company name you are working with. People join people. Focus your ad on the added value or benefit someone can expect from working with you or buying from you.
What about the clicks? When someone clicks you ad, are you taking the directly to a sales page or registration page? If you are, make this change: Set up a landing page or capture page that offers free information, a free trial, a download, or something you can deliver quickly and inexpensively. Your capture form is there so the visitor can give you their name and email in exchange for your offer.
Now they are in your list and you can begin following up, building a rapport, and growing your business.
