The more effective you become, the more successful your business will be. Let’s look at some of my favorite ways to generate mlm leads.
In my own experience, there is not “best” way to generate mlm leads. You should have multiple sources and you should be using every opportunity you have with the exception of one: NEVER Spend Money Buying MLM Leads!
Buying a list … ANY list … is the fastest way to waste your money. Why? Those lists have been copies and sold over and over again to the point that they are worthless.
Instead, any money you spend should be used on advertising to generate mlm leads specifically for your offer. This does not mean that paid advertising is the only way, or even the best way for you to generate mlm leads. But, since we are starting with advertising, you can us any and all forms of social media, classified advertising, safe lists, etc… If you develop the skills to create good compelling ad copy, you can get good results.
Of course, the traditional ways of prospecting are still incredibly effective. I find that a good conversation goes a long way toward qualifying and generating solid mlm leads. Here are a few ideas I have used effectively:
Take an Uber of Lyft. It is easy to identify drivers that are open to other ways to make money. That is probably why they are driving, right? Offer to share your presentation with them.
Just ask. I know it’s old fashioned, but it still works very well. Just ask the people you know if they would be interested in a way to make money from home. I still do it and I still get people that want to know more.
Strike up a conversation. When I am out playing music, or grabbing a drink, starting up a conversation is really easy. Asking someone what they do for a living is really easy. People will tell you what is on their mind. When the conversation comes around to something you might be able to help them with such as weight loss, travel, internet marketing, health and wellness, etc… offer to share your information with them.
It doesn’t have to be a long process. Just make it a natural part of your conversation. If they are open to learning more, get their information and offer to send them a link, and email… whatever your company does to get information in front of people.
