Notice to Payza Users

Update July 1, 2014:

We have been informed that Payza is now operating in the US again. We have reinstated the Payza options for enrollment and in the back office to set up new subscriptions as needed.

We’ll see if they can keep up!

Check out the Payza Blog post here:

On Saturday, June 15, I found this notice in the TOAN Payza account:

“We’re sorry, Payza is not currently available in Texas. You can still view your account details and recent transactions, but all features involving the transfer of funds into and out of your account are temporarily disabled. We will contact you by email when this issue is resolved.”

TOAN is located in Texas so this does affect us. At this time, we are unable to add funds or send payments.

For some reason, subscription payments are coming through.

I have been on the phone with Payza staff and the only thing they can tell me is that they are working on a resolution and will contact me as soon as they have one.

If you are using Payza for your subscription to TOAN, your options at this time are:

  • Switch to Paypal or CC in your back office. Instructions are found in the “Support / Common Questions” section after you log in.
  • Give Payza some time to work out whatever issues they are having with the State of Texas.

I regret the inconvenience to those members affected and will keep you updated as I learn more.

Update June 23, 2013:

We have not heard of any resolution from Payza at this time. We are hopeful that they will provide a resolution, soon. Until then, we appreciate your patience. Remember, you do have the option of switching to an alternate payment option if you do not wish to continue waiting for Payza to resolve whatever issues they are having.

Update July 3, 2013:

Still no progress or updates from Payza. Our policy will now be as follows for Payza users until a resolution is reached:

If  your account is current and your commissions balance reaches $50, we will issue a check for your commissions. The check will be sent to the address on file for your account.

If  your account is not current due to failed subscription payments on your TOAN account, AND your commissions balance is enough, we will deduct your current month’s subscription fees from your commissions balance.

If your account is not current due to failed subscription attempts, you will need to log in to your account and switch to one of our other available payment options in your back office.

Update July 5, 2013:

If you are currently using Payza for your TOAN subscription, you will want to switch to EgoPay, Paypal, or Credit Card on or before your next billing date. Instructions can be found in the “Support / Common Questions” section of your back office.
