The Online Ad Network No Longer Accepting Paypal

On January 30, 2017, we received notice from Paypal that they are limiting our account due to what they refer to as a violation of their acceptable use policy. We have done business with Paypal since 2008 and we are not clear on why our service is now a violation. Paypal has instructed us to remove their buttons from our site here at The Online Ad Network.

Paypal has also instructed us to cancel all active payment subscriptions for the users of The Online Ad Network. This has been done and we are now focused on getting users switched from Paypal to one of our other processors. Your account will remain open through your next billing date to allow time for you to switch to a different payment processor.

What This Means To You:

Due to the freeze/limit placed by Paypal, we are not able to accept payments from or send payments to any of our users that are currently using Paypal. When you have made the move to a different processor, everything will continue as before.

What You Will Want To Do:

On or before your next billing date, log in to your back office and click  “Support / Questions” for instructions on setting up a new subscription payment using either Payza, Solid Trust Pay, Credit Card, or Debit Card. We will hold your account open and continue delivering advertising exposures until your next billing date. After the billing date, if you have not updated your account subscription, the account will be terminated.

If you are participating in Our Team Build, you will want to log in to your back office and click “Our Team Build” to set up that new subscription, as well.

We are sorry to see this happen but we have been aware it was a possibility for some time, now. We are researching other payment options for our members and will announce them as they become available.

We look forward to continue serving our members and providing powerful advertising solutions on a global level.

Update, Feb 24, 2017:

As we close out the month with the Paypal debacle, it is important to understand that there will be a few delays. Our system is crediting commissions for all accounts in the system on the due date, based on the assumption that the payment was made. As we  know, many accounts are currently past due, meaning the advertise has not paid for their advertising.

While we are allowing a 7 day window for these accounts to be made current, this also means we will be holding some commissions payments to allow for adjustments due to non payment.

Thank you for your patience during this trying time. We look forward to putting all of this behind us and moving on together, growing stronger, and making great things happen.
